Key Responsibilities:
Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate content, pricing, and images.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely inventory replenishment.
Manage orders, returns, and ensure smooth operational flow.
Handle payment reconciliation, identify discrepancies, and resolve with Myntra.
Analyze account performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Implement promotional strategies and campaigns to boost sales.
Stay updated with Myntra marketplace policies and best practices.
Research competitors and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing Myntra or other e-commerce marketplace accounts.
Strong knowledge of listing, catalog management, and payment reconciliation.
Proficiency in Myntra Seller Portal, MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results on time.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in fashion/apparel e-commerce.
