Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, content, pricing, and updates on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc. Handle order processing, returns, and customer service issues Maintain accurate stock levels across platforms and coordinate with inventory/warehouse team Create and maintain Excel reports (sales, stock, returns, performance tracking) Coordinate product launches, offers, and deals with marketplace account managers Monitor competitor activity and suggest pricing or listing improvements Ensure smooth operations, compliance, and positive seller ratings Communicate effectively with customer service teams, marketing, and logistics partners

Requirements:

Strong command of

English

(spoken and written) Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) Familiarity with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc. Basic understanding of inventory and order management Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask Positive attitude and willingness to learn
