Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven E-Commerce GrowthManager to manage and optimize our online marketplace presence and seller's Account's across Myntra, Ajio, and Flipkart. This role focuses on increasing sales, enhancing brand visibility, and optimizing operational efficiency to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Growth & Revenue Enhancement: Develop and execute strategies to boost sales and maximize revenue across multiple e-commerce platforms. Cataloging & Listing Optimization: Ensure accurate product listings with compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and SEO-friendly content. Discount & Advertising Strategies: Plan and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and paid advertisements to improve visibility and conversion rates. Payment Reconciliation: Monitor and reconcile payments, ensuring accurate financial reporting for marketplace transactions. P&L Management: Oversee profit and loss statements to assess business performance and identify improvement opportunities. Inventory Management: Track stock levels, manage replenishments, and coordinate with supply chain teams for seamless operations. Client Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and internal teams to align e-commerce strategies effectively. Day-to-Day Account Operations: Manage backend marketplace operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with platform guidelines. Promotional Campaigns & Events: Plan and execute seasonal promotions, exclusive deals, and special events to boost engagement and sales.

Qualifications & Skills:



Prior experience in managing e-commerce platforms, preferably Myntra, Ajio, and Flipkart. Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and optimize strategies. Expertise in digital marketing, marketplace algorithms, and competitive pricing strategies. Proficiency in financial reconciliation, inventory planning, and P&L management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and client coordination. Hands-on experience with e-commerce tools and dashboard management.
