We are looking for a result-oriented E-commerce Operations & Sales Executive who can convert inbound leads and manage day-to-day e-commerce operations for existing clients. The role involves handling Amazon/Flipkart seller accounts, client coordination, and basic to intermediate Amazon PPC support
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales & Lead Conversion
Handle and convert inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and website inquiries
Understand client requirements and pitch appropriate e-commerce services
Close deals and assist in client onboarding
Maintain follow-ups and lead records
E-commerce Operations
Manage daily operations for Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts
Coordinate product listings, order flow, and account health
Ensure timely execution of client deliverables
Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams
PPC & Advertising Support
Assist or manage Amazon PPC campaigns
Monitor performance metrics such as ACoS, ROAS, sales, and ad spend
Share reports and performance insights with clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations and/or sales
Hands-on experience with Amazon/Flipkart seller platforms
Working knowledge of Amazon PPC
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a WFH environment
Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with an e-commerce agency
Prior exposure to client handling and PPC reporting
