Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic

E-Commerce Executive

to manage and optimize our online sales channels, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer experience. The role demands a balance of strategic thinking, operational execution, and hands-on management of digital storefronts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, D2C portals). Upload and manage product catalogs, images, pricing, descriptions, and inventory. Optimize product listings for SEO and conversions. Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and offers. Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI. Handle customer queries, escalations, and ensure high service levels. Collaborate with logistics and operations for timely order fulfillment. Stay updated with e-commerce trends, tools, and competitors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce management (preferred in D2C or marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.). Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online sales funnels. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
