This role requires someone who understands Shopify backend functionalities, international marketplace standards, and has worked in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Store Management
Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify website.
Update products, collections, pricing, offers, and website banners.
Ensure product pages are accurate, SEO friendly, and updated regularly.
Product Listing & Inventory
Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, tags, metadata).
Manage stock updates, SKU mapping, variants, inventory syncing, and tracking.
Coordinate with design and content teams for product uploads.
Orders & Operations
Monitor and manage orders, shipments, cancellations, returns & refunds.
Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse team for dispatch.
Ensure timely order fulfillment and tracking updates.
Website Optimization
Identify improvements to increase conversion rate and customer experience.
Conduct QA checks for broken links, missing data, page layouts, and mobile responsiveness.
Customer Support Coordination
Assist customer support with product details, order status, and returns.
Maintain accurate product and process documentation.
Reporting & Analytics
Track key metrics: orders, traffic, conversion rate, product performance.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and share insights for improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
Must have experience working on Shopify (admin panel & apps).
Experience working for
international e-commerce brands (USA/Canada/UK preferred).
Strong understanding of product listings, SEO, and website maintenance.
Knowledge of tools like Shopify Apps, Google Sheets/Excel, Canva (optional).
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
Good to Have (Bonus Skills):
Knowledge of Klaviyo email flows
Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Shopify Apps
Experience integrating apps like Judge.me, Recharge, Loox, Bold, etc.
