The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, ensuring product listings, promotions, content, and analytics are aligned to drive growth and enhance customer experience. This role works closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to support daily online business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) including content updates, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Monitor order processing, delivery timelines, and returns in coordination with logistics and operations teams.
Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and sales data to propose improvements.
Work with marketing teams on SEO, digital ads, and email marketing initiatives.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure high-quality product content (images, descriptions, attributes).
Track competitor pricing, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
Enhance customer experience through UX improvements and proactive issue resolution.
Coordinate with creative teams for banners, product imagery, and promotional content.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports on sales, conversion rate, and marketplace KPIs.
