Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts
Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet
Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up
Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Skills Required:-
1-2 years of experience in ecommerce sales, account management, or related field, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing ecommerce accounts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis tools and software.
Experience in scaling campaigns profitably
Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central interfaces, as well as Amazon Advertising (formerly Amazon Marketing Services) and Amazon DSP
