Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Executive with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce operations, product listing, and digital marketing strategies to drive sales and maximize online presence.

Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:

Manage product listings, inventory, and sales performance across multiple online platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho,jiomart.

Product Listing and Optimization:

Create compelling product listings with clear and engaging descriptions, high-quality images, and optimized keywords to improve search visibility and conversion rates.

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stockouts and optimize sales opportunities.

Performance Analysis:

Analyze sales data, traffic trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Digital Marketing:

Implement digital marketing campaigns including PPC advertising, sponsored product listings, and promotions to increase product visibility and drive traffic to online stores.

Competitor Analysis:

Conduct regular competitor analysis to benchmark performance, identify market trends, and capitalize on opportunities to stay ahead in the competitive e-commerce landscape.

Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries, address complaints, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and foster customer loyalty.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and logistics to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives and drive growth.
