Job Title: E-commerce Executive Company: Sleepmoss : Position Overview:Sleepmoss is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team. As an E-commerce Executive at Sleepmoss, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales platform, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers, and driving online revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Operations: Oversee the day-to-day e-commerce operations, including website management, product listings, pricing, and inventory. Website Maintenance: Ensure the website is updated, user-friendly, and free from technical issues. Collaborate with the IT team to address and resolve any technical challenges. Product Listings: Create, update, and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, high-quality images, and detailed specifications. SEO and SEM: Implement and optimize SEO and SEM strategies to enhance website visibility, drive organic and paid traffic, and improve search engine rankings. Conversion Optimization: Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales data to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and overall user experience. Customer Support: Provide timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional customer support through various communication channels. Order Fulfillment: Oversee the order processing, shipping, and delivery processes to ensure a smooth and efficient order fulfillment experience for customers. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance using analytics tools, generate regular reports on e-commerce KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns, including email marketing, promotions, and discounts. Marketplace Management: If applicable, manage and optimize listings on e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or other relevant platforms. Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations and management.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Compensation:Salary and benefits will be competitive and commensurate with experience. Rs 15,000 ( Basic pay) + 1% commission on total sales. Benefits:
