We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online store operations, ensuring product listings are optimized, and supporting marketing and sales strategies. The role requires proficiency in e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images.
Monitor and optimize product availability and inventory across e-commerce platforms.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and feedback, ensuring excellent service.
Work with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or related field.
Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or similar.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is a plus.
