: E-commerce Executive - Natural

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage the end-to-end
online presence of our natural diamond jewellery products across multiple e-commerce platforms.
This role involves registering the company on marketplaces, uploading products with accurate
details, ensuring listings are optimized, coordinating with customers for sales and customizations,
and maintaining smooth communication with internal teams for timely order processing.
Key Responsibilities:

Platform Onboarding & Setup:
- Register the brand on leading e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Nykaa,
etc.)
- Ensure compliance with each platform's guidelines and policies

Product Listing & Management:
- Upload product details including images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications
- Ensure accurate product categorization, SEO-friendly titles, and keyword optimization
- Regularly update inventory, pricing, and product status

Sales Coordination & Customer Support:
- Track orders, coordinate with logistics for timely delivery
- Handle customer queries, customisation requests, and after-sales support
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews where applicable

Marketing Support:
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, discounts, and campaigns
- Assist in creating visually appealing product pages and promotional banners

Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare weekly sales and product performance reports
- Suggest improvements based on sales trends and platform analytics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
