Oversee the day-to-day operation of the e-commerce (Myntra and quick commerce) Platforms.
Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
Set sales targets and create plans to achieve and exceed them.
Monitor website performance and implement improvements as needed.
Manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Work with the merchandising team to optimize product assortment and inventory levels.
Implement and maintain effective product categorization and navigation.
Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotions to drive traffic and conversion.
Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.
Generate regular reports to provide insights into e-commerce performance and make data-driven decisions.
Ensure compliance with e-commerce laws and regulations.
Implement and maintain security measures to protect customer data and payment information.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Proven experience in e-commerce management specially on Myntra and Quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit and Zepto.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online consumer behaviour.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as e-commerce platforms, analytics, and CRM systems.
Qualification
: MBA/Graduate from a fashion, retail management institute or relevant field preferred
