Designation: E commerce Operation Executive Locations: Mumbai, Andheri east Experience: 3 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Managing online brands business successfully. Salary Range- 25-30k per month s and functions areas: \xc2\xb7 To oversee the online sales and presence of a retail company. \xc2\xb7 Developing strategies to ensure the practicality and proper design of a company\'s online marketing platforms \xc2\xb7 Monitoring and maintaining smooth functionality of website. \xc2\xb7 To ensure that online stores are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and furnished with accurate, up-to-date content. \xc2\xb7 Manage order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders. \xc2\xb7 Execute activities driven by data analytics. \xc2\xb7 Identify strategic business partnerships and affiliations \xc2\xb7 Implement customer retention and loyalty programmes. \xc2\xb7 Implement e-commerce activities and campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes, and activities over digital platforms. \xc2\xb7 Implement new business collaboration initiatives. \xc2\xb7 Implement preventive and corrective measures of disaster recovery plan. \xc2\xb7 Activate and Maintain business partnerships with 3Ps market place. \xc2\xb7 Manage service quality and customer satisfaction. \xc2\xb7 Operate and maintain existing IT infrastructure and networks based on standard operations procedures. \xc2\xb7 Prepare insights report on data mining outcome. \xc2\xb7 Provide specialised knowledge and insights on the development of technology strategy and roadmap. \xc2\xb7 Track and report business outcome of data-driven insights.
