Position: E-Commerce Executive

Role Overview
The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing online sales platforms, ensuring smooth product listing, inventory accuracy, order processing, and campaign execution. The role supports the end-to-end functioning of the company's online business and works closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website & Marketplace Management
Manage and update product listings on company website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
Ensure product details, pricing, images, and content are accurate and SEO-optimized.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid stock-outs.
2. Order & Operations Coordination
Track, process, and follow up on daily orders.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
Resolve order-related issues, returns, and customer escalations.
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, ROAS, and sales.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, inventory, and campaign performance.
Identify trends and propose improvements for sales growth.
4. Digital Marketing Support
Assist with execution of online campaigns, promotions, and discounts.
Coordinate product launches and promotional activities across platforms.
Support SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns when required.
5. Customer Experience & Support
Ensure high-quality customer experience on all digital platforms.
Respond to customer queries in coordination with customer support teams.
Monitor reviews & ratings and take steps to improve them.
6. Vendor & Platform Coordination
Work closely with marketplace account managers for promotions and visibility.
Manage payment reconciliation and commission checks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or marketplace management.
Knowledge of platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, etc.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; understanding of analytics tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, or basic digital marketing.
Understanding of inventory management and logistics processes.
Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
