We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

E-Commerce Executive

to support our online sales and marketplace operations. This role is ideal for

fresh graduates

with strong communication skills and an interest in e-commerce, online selling, and digital operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating, updating, and managing product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, company website, etc.). Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. Monitor stock availability, pricing, and product performance across marketplaces. Handle customer queries, messages, reviews, and feedback with professionalism. Support order processing and coordination with logistics partners for dispatches and returns. Track daily sales and maintain reports in Excel/Google Sheets. Work with marketplace support teams for listing approvals and issue resolution. Assist in executing promotional activities, deals, and campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply for this role.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Basic understanding of e-commerce concepts (training will be provided). Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets. Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly. Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
