Job Description

Product Listings & Content Management:

Create, upload, and manage accurate product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for better visibility and conversion.

Inventory & Order Management:

Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment. Monitor order processing, shipping, returns, and customer issues on various platforms.

Sales Performance Analysis:

Track and analyze key metrics (traffic, conversions, sales performance). Generate reports and provide actionable insights to improve sales and reduce costs.

Campaigns & Promotions:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, promotional offers, and discount codes. Collaborate with the marketing team for seasonal campaigns and product launches.

Customer Service Support:

Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback via e-commerce platforms and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Platform Management:

Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and algorithm changes. Liaise with marketplace account managers to resolve issues and improve rankings.
