Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings for gold and diamond jewellery on the website and marketplaces
Upload accurate product details including weight, purity, pricing, images, and descriptions
Coordinate with inventory and store teams to ensure stock accuracy
Monitor online orders, payments, cancellations, and refunds
Coordinate packing, shipping, and delivery with logistics partners
Handle online customer queries via chat, email, or WhatsApp professionally
Ensure website content, banners, and offers are updated regularly
Track order status and resolve delivery or customer issues promptly
Maintain compliance with jewellery pricing, return, and policy guidelines
Support online sales growth through basic data tracking and reporting
