Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Ebay , website, etc.)
Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and stock details
Process online orders and coordinate with the dispatch
Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability
Handle customer inquiries, messages, and basic complaints professionally
Track orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges
Assist in creating and managing online promotions and offers
Coordinate with accounts team for payment reconciliation
Generate sales reports and maintain records
Support digital marketing activities such as banners, basic ads, and product visibility
