Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Associate - E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing e-commerce platforms, particularly with Walmart, eBay, and Amazon. This role involves product listing, inventory management, and content optimization to maximize online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing:

Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Walmart, eBay, and Amazon, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Content Optimization:

Develop compelling product descriptions and titles, utilizing SEO best practices to enhance visibility and conversion rates.

Performance Analysis:

Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to align strategies and drive sales growth.

Customer Engagement:

Manage customer inquiries and feedback on e-commerce platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, specifically with Walmart, eBay, and Amazon. Proven experience in product listing, inventory management, and content creation. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with e-commerce tools and software.
