Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

E-commerce Executive

to manage end-to-end online operations for our kids clothing brand. The role involves handling marketplace onboarding, catalogue and product listing management, order processing, dispatch coordination, and Shopify website management.

Key Responsibilities

Register and onboard the brand on

new e-commerce platforms

(Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, FirstCry, etc.). Manage

complete catalogue creation and maintenance

for clothing products including sizes, variants, pricing, and descriptions. Handle

product listings

with accurate images, content, attributes, and keywords as per marketplace standards. Update pricing, offers, stock levels, and size availability regularly. Manage

order processing, invoicing, packing, and dispatch coordination

with warehouse and logistics teams. Track daily orders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges. Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, courier partners, and marketplaces for timely deliveries. Maintain and manage the

Shopify website

, including product uploads, inventory updates, collections, and basic website management. Monitor marketplace dashboards and seller panels for performance, stock alerts, and operational issues. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and resolve listing or account-related issues. Work closely with management to support sales growth and platform expansion.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum

2 years of hands-on experience

in e-commerce operations (fashion/clothing preferred). Strong experience in

catalogue management and product listing

for apparel brands. Practical knowledge of

Shopify

(product upload, collections, inventory, basic site handling). Understanding of size-wise inventory management and clothing variants. Experience handling

ordering, dispatch, and returns workflow

. Familiar with seller panels, reports, and operational tools of marketplaces. Good coordination, communication, and attention to detail.

Education & Language

Education: Master's Degree (Preferred) Shopify Experience: Minimum 1 year (Mandatory) Language: English (Required)
