Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented

E-Commerce Executive

to own day-to-day marketplace and D2C operations--driving sales, maintaining listing quality, coordinating dispatch/returns, and delivering a smooth customer experience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace & D2C Management



Manage product listings and storefronts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, and the brand's website (Shopify/WordPress). Ensure catalog hygiene: titles, bullets, images/A+ content, attributes, variations, category mapping, and listing error resolution.

Pricing, Promotions & Growth



Update pricing, offers, coupons, bundles, and deal calendars (event/festive sales). Monitor Buy Box, competitor prices, and profitability; recommend actions to improve share and margins. Coordinate with performance marketing on Amazon/Flipkart Ads, Google/Meta campaigns (keywords, ASIN targeting, ROAS/ACOS tracking).

Inventory, Orders & Logistics



Sync stock with OMS/WMS/ERP, monitor OOS/low-stock, and plan replenishments. Track orders, ensure on-time dispatch within SLAs, and coordinate with warehouse/logistics. Handle returns/cancellations/RTO; reduce RTO through address/confirmation checks and courier coordination.

Customer, Reviews & Content Quality



Drive ratings/reviews, respond to Q&A, and escalate product quality issues. Maintain accurate warranty, compliance, and policy details across channels.

Analytics & Reporting



Publish daily/weekly dashboards: GMV, CTR/CVR, AOV, ODR, cancellation/RTO rates, Buy Box %, catalog health. Conduct competition, keyword, and category trend analysis; propose growth experiments.

Compliance & Documentation



Ensure adherence to marketplace policies, tax/GST invoicing norms, brand registry/IP, and product compliance (e.g., BIS/WPC where applicable).
KPIs You'll Own

GMV growth, Conversion Rate, Buy Box %, ACOS/ROAS (where applicable) On-time dispatch %, ODR, Cancellation & RTO rates Catalog health scores and content completeness
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's in Business/Marketing/Commerce/Supply Chain or related field.

2-4 years

in e-commerce operations/marketplaces/D2C. Hands-on with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, Nykaa & AJIO portals; Shopify/WordPress. Proficiency in

Excel/Google Sheets

(VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas); familiarity with ERP/OMS/WMS; basic GA4/GSC. Understanding of marketplace SEO, keyword research, and PPC basics (Amazon Ads). Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
