Arth Life is a growing kids clothing brand offering stylish, comfortable, and high-quality apparel. We are expanding our online presence across major e-commerce platforms and looking for a skilled E-commerce Executive to support our marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage daily operations across major e-commerce marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, FirstCry, Ajio, etc.
-Handle product listing creation, catalog management, pricing updates, and inventory tracking on marketplaces.
-Monitor orders, returns, exchanges, and customer queries to ensure smooth operations.
-Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
-Optimize product visibility by improving content, keywords, and marketplace SEO.
-Track and analyze marketplace performance metrics including sales, traffic, pricing trends, stock availability, and promotions.
-Manage promotional campaigns, deals, and advertisements on marketplaces.
-Coordinate with design and content teams for product images, creatives, and marketing materials.
-Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and resolve any account-related issues.
-Work closely with management to plan growth strategies and category expansion.
-Maintain and update a Shopify website (if needed), so strong Shopify handling skills are required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-Minimum 2 years of relevant e-commerce experience, preferably in fashion or kids apparel.
-Strong understanding of marketplace operations (Amazon, Myntra, etc.).
-Good working knowledge of Shopify (website updates, product upload, basic management).
-Familiarity with marketplace tools, dashboards, and seller panels.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Good communication and coordination abilities.
-Ability to work independently with attention to detail and deadlines.
