Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Product Listing Executive to manage product listing and inventory for automobile products across multiple online platforms. This role is strictly focused on product cataloging and listing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, upload, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Indiamart. Alibaba, Inventory and the company website.)

Write and update product titles, descriptions, specifications, and keywords

Upload product images and ensure listing accuracy

Update pricing, stock availability, and product information regularly

Ensure listings follow marketplace policies and guidelines

Coordinate with internal teams to gather complete product details

Identify and correct listing errors or missing information

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of e-commerce product listing

Familiarity with Alibaba and IndiaMart Seller portals (preferred)

Good computer skills (MS Excel, email, internet)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

Experience in B2B e-commerce platforms.

Basic knowledge of image editing tools (Canva / Photoshop / Adobe)

Understanding of SEO keywords for product listings
