We are looking for a highly organized and proactive

Senior E-Commerce Operations Executive

to manage the end-to-end operational flow across leading online marketplaces. If you have strong analytical skills, platform understanding, and operational discipline -- you'll be a perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Tira, etc.) Ensure timely order processing, dispatch coordination, and tracking Manage inventory planning, stock reconciliation, and inward-outward accuracy Creation and Monitor of catalogue quality, listing hygiene, pricing updates & promotional activations Analyse RTOs, returns, cancellations & coordinate resolution with marketplaces Handle platform communications with account managers & support teams Generate MIS reports -- sales, stock, ageing, performance metrics Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

1-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations (marketplace background preferred) Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning, Reporting) Solid understanding of order lifecycle, warehouse coordination & logistics workflows Experience with marketplace seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.) Ability to multitask, prioritize work & meet operational timelines Excellent communication, problem-solving & follow-up skills Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset
