Arth Life is a growing kids clothing brand offering stylish, comfortable, and high-quality apparel. We are expanding our online presence across major e-commerce platforms and looking for a skilled E-commerce Executive to support our marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations across major e-commerce marketplaces such as
Myntra, Amazon, FirstCry, Ajio
, etc.
Handle product listing creation, catalog management, pricing updates, and inventory tracking on marketplaces.
Monitor orders, returns, exchanges, and customer queries to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
Optimize product visibility by improving content, keywords, and marketplace SEO.
Track and analyze marketplace performance metrics including sales, traffic, pricing trends, stock availability, and promotions.
Manage promotional campaigns, deals, and advertisements on marketplaces.
Coordinate with design and content teams for product images, creatives, and marketing materials.
Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and resolve any account-related issues.
Work closely with management to plan growth strategies and category expansion.
Maintain and update a
Shopify
website (if needed), so
strong Shopify handling skills are required
.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of relevant e-commerce experience
, preferably in fashion or kids apparel.
Strong understanding of
marketplace operations
(Amazon, Myntra, etc.).
Good working knowledge of
Shopify
(website updates, product upload, basic management).
Familiarity with marketplace tools, dashboards, and seller panels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and deadlines.
