Position: Sales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, generating leads, understanding customer needs, and promoting company solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients in dairy, hotel, farming, and equipment industries
Conduct product/service presentations and client consultations
Handle inquiries, proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
Build long-term business relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain and update sales reports, CRM records, and follow-up schedules
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and field visits (if required)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate (any stream) -- preference for candidates from Agriculture, Engineering, Business, or Hospitality background
Prior experience in
B2B sales, consulting, or equipment sales
is an advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to build trust and understand client requirements
Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn
Salary & Benefits
Salary: Based on experience + Performance incentives
