Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing & Catalogue Management

Create, update, and manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, and company website. Upload product images, titles, descriptions, sizes, and pricing as per platform guidelines. Ensure accurate categorization, keywords, and metadata for better product visibility.

Photoshop & Image Editing

Edit and retouch garment images using Photoshop. Prepare images as per marketplace size and quality standards. Coordinate with the photography team for image requirements.

Inventory & Order Management

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely replenishment. Track daily orders, returns, and cancellations. Ensure smooth order processing and dispatch.

Sales & Performance Monitoring

Analyze product performance, sales trends, and competitor pricing. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Suggest improvements in product listings and marketing strategies.

Customer Support & Coordination

Handle customer queries related to products, returns, or order issues. Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve delivery concerns.

Marketing & Promotions

Assist in planning and executing marketplace promotions, discounts, and campaigns. Manage banners, creatives, and promotional content.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Preferably Fashion, Marketing, or related fields). Prior experience in the garment or textile industry is an advantage. Strong knowledge of Photoshop, MS Excel, and marketplace dashboards.
