Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
E-Commerce Specialist
to manage daily operations across online marketplaces and brand websites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace management, catalogue handling, sales analysis, and performance optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others
Optimize product content, keywords, titles, images, and A+ content for better visibility and conversion
Monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and coordinate with warehouse/operations team
Track advertising campaigns (AMS, Flipkart Ads, etc.) and optimize for higher ROI
Maintain inventory levels and avoid stock-outs across platforms
Analyze sales reports, competitor trends, pricing strategies, and performance metrics
Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and complaint resolution
Run promotions, coupons, deals, and participate in sale events
Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace dashboards
Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Experience in product listing optimization and advertising management preferred
