We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage and optimize our presence across multiple ecommerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, handle listings, optimize sales performance, coordinate with internal teams, and support day-to-day ecommerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end operations for Amazon & Flipkart.
Ensure timely updates of product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing.
Monitor account health, penalties, and performance metrics.
Manage and update the Shopify store, including adding new products, banners, offers, etc.
Run promotions, manage inventory, and ensure product availability.
Analyze sales trends, product performance, and marketing campaign data.
Prepare regular reports on marketplace performance, inventory status, and competition pricing.
Provide recommendations for SKU movement, demand planning, and pricing strategies.
Experience with ecommerce tools like Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar OMS.
Requirements
Fresher eager to learn candidate Or 6 months to-1 year of experience in ecommerce marketplace operations.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify backend.
Strong knowledge of ecommerce workflows, product listing standards, and policies.
Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and sales analytics.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace dashboards.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
