Create, upload, and manage product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, Myntra, Ajio, etc.
Enter accurate product details including titles, descriptions, features, specifications, pricing, and attributes.
Upload high-quality product images and ensure correct formatting, sizing, and tagging.
Maintain accurate records of SKU codes, barcodes (EAN/UPC/GTIN), and category mappings.
2. Content Creation & Optimization
Write SEO-optimized product titles and descriptions to improve ranking and visibility.
Add keywords, bullet points, and relevant attributes for better search performance.
Review and enhance existing catalog content for accuracy, clarity, and conversion improvement.
3. Inventory & Pricing Management
Coordinate with warehouse/operations to maintain stock accuracy online.
Update prices, offers, discounts, and promotions across platforms.
Monitor low-stock, out-of-stock, and overstock situations.
4. Marketplace Operations
Maintain relationships with marketplace account managers.
Monitor listing health, quality scores, suppression issues, and fix errors promptly.
Track order flow, returns, and cancellations and coordinate with teams for resolutions.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Generate daily/weekly reports on listings, sales, inventory, and performance.
Track competitor listings, pricing, and trends.
Identify opportunities for catalog improvement and sales growth.
