Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts.
Manage product listings, variations, and catalog accuracy.
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
Sales & Marketing Optimization
Conduct keyword research and optimize product titles, descriptions, and backend keywords.
Develop and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).
Monitor performance metrics (ACoS, CTR, conversion rate) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Inventory & Logistics
Coordinate FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipments and inventory planning.
Track stock levels to avoid out-of-stock or overstock situations.
Work with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment.
Reporting & Analytics
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
Analyze sales trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Provide actionable insights to improve ROI and market share.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams.
Support customer service in resolving Amazon-related issues.
Contribute to overall e-commerce growth strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
2-5 years of hands-on experience with
Amazon Seller Central
.
Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC advertising, and FBA processes.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, BI dashboards).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
