Role: E-Commerce Executive



Location: Pune



CTC: up to 4.2 LPA



About the Role:



The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving comprehensive sales growth across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and E-commerce channels within an assigned geographical area. This role requires meeting volume and revenue targets, leading a field sales team, and excelling in online channel management, including quick-commerce and key e-tailers.

Responsibilities:



Sales and Business Development:

Achieve Volume and Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed all assigned sales volume and revenue targets across all designated channels (GT, MT, E-commerce). Drive Channel Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market share and growth in General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-commerce platforms.
E-commerce and Quick-Commerce Management:

Platform Management: Oversee all aspects of online platform execution, including managing listings, pricing, and promotions on major e-commerce sites (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) and online grocers (e.g., BigBasket). Quick-Commerce Collaboration: Strategically collaborate with Quick-Commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) to ensure optimal presence and service. Inventory & Visibility: Proactively monitor and ensure optimal product visibility and performance online. Ensure fast-moving SKUs (FMSKU) are correctly stocked, priced, and set up for efficient delivery across all digital channels.
Team Leadership and Management:

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage a team of Field Sales Representatives and Merchandisers. Performance and Development: Implement company policies, monitor team performance against key metrics, and provide coaching and support for continuous team development.
Reporting and Analytics:

Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM tools and analytics to continuously track sales performance, identify trends, and drive data-backed business decisions. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on overall channel performance, competitive activities, and market trends to the management team. Perform all other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the management team from time to time.
