We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
E-commerce Executive
to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, inventory coordination, and digital marketing support across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries efficiently
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for dispatch and stock updates
Monitor product performance, reviews, and customer feedback
Execute promotional campaigns and offers as per marketing calendar
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock, and performance
Ensure accurate catalog data and SEO-friendly content for products
Stay updated with e-commerce trends, competition, and best practices
Required Skills:
Knowledge of major e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting
Familiarity with digital marketing or catalog management tools is a plus

Pay: ₹9,545.43 - ₹34,810.81 per month
