Designation : Ecommerce Executive/Coordinator

Division : MFW

Qualification : Graduate

Notes: Tally Must

Salary Range : Monthly CTC 25K

Experience : 2 to 3 Years

Preferred Industry : Ecommerce/Furniture

Location : Lower Parel West

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Punching new orders daily and forwarding it to the factory for the production.

2. Following up with the production, packaging, logistic team for timely material readiness and dispatches.

3. Daily order processing, ensuring that there is no delay in dispatches of orders.

4. Sharing dispatch plan, shipping labels, manifest with logistic team and ensure timely dispatches.

5. Maintaining log of all pending orders / dispatches.

6. Addressing complaints on email / portals and maintain complaint log.

7. Share complaint to the QC team, following up with QC department to resolve the complaint on time.

8. Analyzing complaint log and discuss with factory to reduce complaints.

9. Mapping payments in order log to track and ensure all order payments has been received to us.

10. New orders BOM / SKU to be created in Tally before new products go live.

11. Work with accounts for Recco.

12. Research competition Design/Prices.

13. Listing New Products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
