Digital Marketplace Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities



1. Marketplace Management



Manage product listings on platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Myntra, and others. Optimize product content, including titles, descriptions, and images for better visibility. Monitor competitor pricing and adjust pricing strategies accordingly. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.

2. Sales Performance Optimization



Analyze sales trends, conversion rates, and revenue performance. Identify best-selling products and optimize stock availability. Implement strategies to increase sales, such as discounts, promotions, and bundle offers. Forecast demand and manage inventory efficiently.

3. Advertising & Marketing



Plan and execute PPC campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. Optimize ad spend for better ROI and lower ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales). Monitor ad performance and adjust bids, keywords, and targeting. Collaborate with marketing teams for social media and influencer campaigns.

Pay: ₹18,256.23 - ₹25,000.00 per month
