Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across major platforms. The candidate will handle product listings, run paid ad campaigns, drive repeat and referral sales, and ensure a seamless customer experience from order to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- List and optimize products on Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart with SEO-rich titles, descriptions, and visuals.
- Manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram Ads) to boost visibility and sales.
- Develop and execute promotional and pricing strategies to meet monthly targets.
- Coordinate order fulfillment and packaging with production and dispatch teams.
- Track and analyze sales performance across channels and prepare weekly reports.
- Handle reviews, feedback, and return requests to maintain high customer satisfaction and brand credibility.
- Implement programs for repeat purchases and referral-based sales growth.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor listings, and marketplace policies for optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Proven track record of increasing e-commerce sales through digital ads and organic growth.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising (Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads preferred).
- Experience managing inventory, packaging workflow, and logistics coordination.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of tools like Canva, Excel, Google Analytics, and product photo optimization.
- Experience managing influencer or affiliate collaborations.
- Familiarity with sheet-metal/industrial home furniture products is an added advantage.

Competitive salary plus performance incentives based on sales growth.
