to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing online sales channels, optimizing product listings, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across marketplaces and D2C platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings, pricing, content, and promotions across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, brand website, etc.).
Monitor product performance, inventory, and visibility to maximize conversions and sales.
Coordinate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns, offers, and seasonal promotions.
Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, CTR, and sales performance.
Work with design/content teams to ensure accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and creatives.
Handle day-to-day operations: order management, returns, ratings & reviews, and customer queries.
Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Conduct competitor research and provide insights for pricing, positioning, and promotions.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Shopify, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
