Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The role involves handling product listings, ensuring smooth order processing, coordinating with internal teams, and driving online visibility through promotions and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Website, etc.).
Monitor product inventory, pricing, and availability to ensure accuracy.
Handle daily order processing, returns, and customer queries in coordination with operations and customer service teams.
Coordinate with marketing to execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and prepare reports for management.
Ensure product content (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) is optimized for search and conversions.
Keep track of competitor activities and suggest improvements for online performance.
Work closely with warehouse/logistics for smooth dispatch and timely delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or online sales.
Good knowledge of platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.
Strong MS Excel skills (data analysis, reporting).
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of digital marketing/SEO basics.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in luggage, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG brands will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
