About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Executive with hands-on experience in managing e-commerce and quick commerce operations. The role involves end-to-end account handling, from product listings and promotions to inventory coordination and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1) Account Management: Handle day-to-day operations on leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
3) Inventory & Coordination: Track inventory, coordinate with supply chain/warehouse teams, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
4) Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance, sales KPIs, and share periodic reports with management.
5) Compliance: Ensure adherence to platform guidelines and resolve operational/claim issues.
6) Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations) to align on campaigns and growth initiatives.
Requirements
1) 2-4 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce / quick commerce account management.
2) Strong understanding of operations, listings, promotions, and performance dashboards on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.
3) Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with data analysis.
4) Excellent communication and coordination skills.
5) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
1) Fixed salary of ?30,000-?40,000/month (based on experience & fit).
