Role Overview
The
Ecommerce Executive
will be responsible for managing and growing the company's online sales platforms. The role involves end-to-end ownership of product listings, customer interactions, sales analysis, and executing ecommerce growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ecommerce Management
Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, website traffic, and visibility.
Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal offers to drive conversions.
2. Product Listings & Content Management
Upload and update product information, including descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.
Ensure product catalog accuracy across all ecommerce channels.
3. Customer Interaction & Order Management
Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions for order-related issues.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Sales Tracking & Reporting
Monitor daily sales performance and ecommerce KPIs.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry best practices.
Recommend improvements to strengthen the company's online presence.
6. Team Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless ecommerce operations.
Support cross-functional initiatives for business growth.
Required Skills & Competencies
Proven experience (2+ years) in ecommerce platforms management
Strong knowledge of product listing, catalog management, and order processing.
Good communication and problem-solving skills for customer handling.
Ability to analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ecommerce tools.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
