Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about online retail and have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer service.

Responsibilities

Online Store Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce store, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory levels. Optimize product pages for search engines to improve visibility.

Order Processing:

Process orders promptly and accurately. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipping. Handle order cancellations and returns.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends. Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce developments and best practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
