Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Strategy & Leadership:

Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy, including sales growth and profitability targets. Drive the expansion of the business across existing and new online platforms. Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital commerce technologies.

Platform Management:

Oversee daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms. Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and overall sales performance on each platform. Analyze and optimize product rankings to win and maintain the buy box on Amazon and other platforms.

Inventory & Logistics Coordination:

Collaborate closely with the factory and suppliers to ensure timely restocking of products. Ensure accurate inventory management and timely order dispatch to meet customer expectations. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient order delivery and returns management.

Digital Marketing:

Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns to drive traffic and boost sales. Optimize campaigns to increase customer engagement, conversion rates, and repeat purchases.

Customer Experience:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience across platforms. Oversee customer service to ensure prompt resolution of queries, complaints, and reviews. Monitor feedback and ratings to ensure a positive brand image and product satisfaction.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and marketing performance to drive data-driven decisions. Prepare regular performance reports for the senior management team, with insights and recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. Minimum [X] years of proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably with Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and online advertising strategies. Excellent understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and analytics. Experience with logistics, inventory management, and supply chain coordination. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:



Experience with e-commerce tools such as Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, and other performance measurement tools. Experience in managing large product catalogs and scaling e-commerce businesses. Familiarity with the latest trends in e-commerce, including voice search, mobile optimization, and AI-driven tools.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
