Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Website Management:

Oversee the day-to-day management of our e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with developers for necessary enhancements.

Product Management:

Upload and manage product listings, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
Ensure accurate and consistent product information across all online platforms.

Order Processing:

Process customer orders promptly and accurately, including payment processing, order tracking, and returns management.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Customer Support:

Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns through various communication channels (email, chat, and phone).
Monitor and manage customer reviews and ratings, taking appropriate actions to maintain a positive online reputation.

Digital Marketing:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising strategies to drive traffic and sales.
Monitor and analyze website analytics and e-commerce KPIs to optimize marketing efforts.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with procurement to ensure product availability.
Implement strategies for reducing overstock and minimizing stockouts.

E-commerce Trends and Research:

Stay up-to-date with e-commerce industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor analysis.
Recommend and implement new e-commerce strategies and initiatives based on market insights.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a similar role. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and content management systems. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising is a plus. A passion for e-commerce and a commitment to delivering exceptional online shopping experiences.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
