Responsibilities

Order processing of all portals daily like like Amazon, Myntra, Tata Cliq, AJIO, Nykaa, and Flipkart.

Responsibility of getting all orders packed on time and handover on time.

Raise tickets in case of any order processing or late shipment issue

Keep marketplace account healthy in Green.

Prepare daily order reports

Prepare All return reports

Take claim on all wrong/damage and disputed returns from marketplaces

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience of 2 -3 years in a similar role

. Basic knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).

A deep understanding of e-commerce marketplaces

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
