We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
eCommerce Executive / Marketplace Manager
to manage and optimize our product listings, operations, and sales performance on key eCommerce marketplaces such as
Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Ajio, and Tata CLiQ
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with these platforms and a strong understanding of online consumer behavior, platform algorithms, and operational processes.
Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and attributes.
Coordinate with design/content teams for A+ content, banners, and creatives.
Ensure listing compliance with platform-specific policies (e.g., Nykaa beauty guidelines, Flipkart attribute requirements).
Inventory & Order Management:
Monitor inventory across platforms to avoid stockouts or overselling.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Handle returns, cancellations, and ensure resolution of customer issues.
Pricing & Promotions:
Regularly update product pricing based on market trends and competition.
Plan and execute campaigns, discounts, and promotions during key sale events (Big Billion Day, Great Indian Festival, etc.).
Liaise with platform category managers for visibility and participation in deals and banners.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Track daily/weekly/monthly sales, traffic, and conversions across platforms.
Analyze performance metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, etc.) to optimize listings and campaigns.
Generate insights and suggest strategies for sales growth.
Vendor/Platform Relationship Management:
Maintain relationships with account managers on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.
Resolve listing issues, suppressions, and penalties in coordination with platform support.
Stay updated on platform policy changes, trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience managing eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Nykaa, Tata CLiQ.
Proficient in using seller portals (Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa Partner Panel, etc.)
Strong knowledge of eCommerce trends, consumer behavior, and platform algorithms.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods category.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., AMS, Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads).
Familiarity with ERP/OMS systems.

Pay: ₹15,176.49 - ₹30,000.00 per month
