Skills:

Prior experience in E-commerce or a strong interest in pursuing a career in the field is highly valued. Demonstrated selling expertise with a comprehensive understanding of marketplace dynamics. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven abilities in presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal interactions. Proficiency in MS Excel, analytics, and various e-commerce platforms. Highly organized, self-driven, energetic, and adaptable to dynamic work environments. Knowledge of digital marketing is considered an asset. Candidates with a passion for video production and on-camera representation are particularly encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in daily marketplace operations to maximize sales and identify online opportunities. Assist in product listing, ensuring accuracy and timely uploads of new products and categories. Support the Operations team to ensure smooth workflow and contribute ideas for process improvements. Assist in the scope, testing, and implementation of new online marketplaces. Help generate weekly reports and provide insights.

Preferred:

Candidates residing near Manjeri (Malappuram) are highly preferred.
