. This role involves product listing, pricing, promotions, stock coordination, and sales performance tracking to drive business growth and ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:Product & Listing Management
Upload, update, and manage product listings across multiple marketplaces.
Optimize titles, keywords, and descriptions for SEO and better visibility.
Ensure accurate pricing, inventory, and product details.
Maintain brand consistency across all online channels.
Sales & Operations
Monitor daily sales, performance metrics, and campaign outcomes.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for order fulfillment.
Manage returns, replacements, and customer queries efficiently.
Support in planning discounts, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs (sales, CTR, conversion rate, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
Identify trends and suggest data-driven improvements.
Conduct competitor and market analysis.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and knowledge of online marketplaces.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with
Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub
