The E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online sales platforms to achieve business goals. This role involves handling product listings, online merchandising, promotions, data analysis, and coordination with internal teams and external partners to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Website & Marketplace Management
Manage product listings, pricing, and content across the company's e-commerce website and online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Woo Commerce, etc.).
Ensure all product information, descriptions, and images are accurate and optimized for SEO.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or supply chain team for stock availability.
2. Sales & Performance Tracking
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, traffic, and ROI from digital campaigns.
Identify sales trends and recommend promotional or marketing strategies to boost sales.
3. Marketing & Promotions
Plan and execute online campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions in coordination with the marketing team.
Manage digital marketing initiatives including email marketing, paid ads, and social media integrations.
Collaborate with designers and content writers to improve product visibility and brand presence.
4. Customer Experience
Monitor customer feedback and coordinate with customer service to resolve issues promptly.
Ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery for enhanced customer satisfaction.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.
Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce management or online sales (experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, Amazon, etc. preferred).
Strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboards.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
