Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our team in Dubai. the role involves managing and coordinating online orders, ensuring smooth delivery operations, and maintaining the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

:

Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end online order process to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Monitor and manage delivery agents to ensure proper execution of their duties. Ensure all products are delivered to customers within the stipulated timeframe. Maintain strict quality control standards for products being dispatched and delivered. Resolve customer issues promptly, including delivery delays or product quality concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational efficiency. Track and analyze key performance metrics for delivery operations and suggest improvements. Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and any operational discrepancies.
